 note = {I described a framework and activities of Leader+ in Oberschwarben, Germany in this short note. Leader+ is a EU project that subsidizes activities for disadvantaged rural areas. Under this concept, Leader+ in Oberschwaben promote tourism and alternative sources of revenue in the regions agricultural sector. I summarized background and history of Leader+ at first. Then, I introduced some of the activities of Leader+ in Oberschwaben. 32 project partners manage these activities that supported financially from the EU as well as the state of Baden-Wurttenberg.
