 note = {In the “open school theory”, communication skills and theater workshop has attracted attention. However, it has not been studied in detail about what kind of wishes to learn “communication skills.” Moreover, the introduction step （meetings and procedures） has not been analyzed for production process of whether theater workshop is practiced in school.
In this paper, we consider whether the theater workshop of practice can give what effect in elementary school. Also, based on the ecology of the school, we focus on creativity and social emergence by Sawyer （2011）.
