bulletin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"「第13回社会保障審議会福祉部会・福祉人材確保専門委員会」は平成30年２月15日に、「介護福祉士養成課程における教育内容の見直し」の概要を発表した。その骨子は、介護福祉士が介護職グループの中で中核的・リーダー的な役割を果たし、認知症高齢者や高齢単身世帯等の増加にともなう介護ニーズの複雑化・多様化・高度化に対応できる「介護福祉の専門職」となるための教育内容が示されている。特に、平成19年度カリキュラム改正時には12項目の「求められる介護福祉士像」が提示されていたが、今回の改正では10項目にまとめられ、さらにこれらすべてに関係して第一義的に重要である資質として、「高い倫理性の保持」がプラスされている。\nさらにまた講義時間数が30時間増えた科目として「コミュニケーション」関連の科目があり、これは介護福祉士が介護福祉領域のリーダーとなって「チームマネジメント」していくために必要な能力として、たとえば積極的に人間関係を築いていく能力、スタッフや多職種と連携していくための能力としてのコミュニケーション能力の向上が企図されている。つまり、介護の専門性や独自の機能を明確にしていくために、根拠のある介護を実践するためのアセスメント力を高めたり、認知症ケア実践者としての専門的知識・技術の修得が求められている。\n今回、厚生労働省が提示した「介護福祉士養成課程における教育内容の見直し」に基づき、本学独自に「新カリキュラムに対応した介護教育基本方針」を構築し、さらに効果的な教育を展開するための「カリキュラムマップ」を作成した。本学は建学の精神「大乗仏教精神」に基づく「共生」の理念と「感恩奉仕」を基盤として、学生自らの人格形成および社会福祉の増進に寄与できる人間の育成を目指しており、その実現のために本学介護福祉コースにおいては、「相手の立場に立って考えることのできる人間」、「介護の対象者一人ひとりの心に寄り添える人間」の育成として、高い倫理観をもち、かつ豊かな人間性を育むことを重視している。その理念を土台としながら新カリキュラムに対応できる介護教育基本方針を構築している。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_15":{"attribute_name":"表示順","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"4","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"記事種別(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12752621","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_19":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"21887438","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_text_6":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"淑徳大学短期大学部健康福祉学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"淑徳大学短期大学部健康福祉学科"}]},"item_2_title_3":{"attribute_name":"論文名よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"カイゴ
