The current situation in senior high schools is plagued with several challenges often in relation to the surrounding environment, such as the reasons for more than half of the school dropouts being economic reasons and troubled households, as opposed to awful deeds the students themselves might have committed. After the completion of compulsory education, services available to students, now considered to be socially independent, have become limited. To foster independent members of the society and support students in their many life challenges, adopting an approach that differs from the one in compulsory education is important. The various micro-level issues observed from the senior high SSW case studies and practices point to a need for expert methods to develop individual support to students. At the meso level, there is a need for a counseling system within schools and network building in collaboration with the local community. At the macro level, there is a need for additional fulltime SSWr staff., 7, 研究ノート}, pages = {113--132}, title = {高校におけるスクールソーシャルワーク実践から見えてきた課題}, volume = {23}, year = {2016}, yomi = {ハツガイ, チズコ} }
