 note = {里親制度における委託前の子どもと里親の交流プログラムの目標や介入方法についての示唆は非常に乏しい。支援者の経験や勘に基づく実践は，不十分な支援の一因となるうえ，経験の浅い職員が増えている児童相談所の現状からも困難となっている。このような問題意識に基づき，本研究は，委託前の交流プログラムの研究の一環として，文献研究によって日本における委託前の交流プログラムの位置づけを検証することを目的とした。調査の結果，交流に関わる子どもと支援者，里親，それぞれの立場により位置づけが異なっていることが確認できた。位置づけの違いが共有できていないことによって，支援者と里親の連携が損なわれ，里親に過度な心理的負担を負わせていることが示唆された。さらに，委託前の交流プログラムは，特に子どもの喪失体験の予防的ケア，子どもの意見表明への配慮の期間として考えることができ，それゆえ交流が必要であることが導き出された。, This paper contributes to research aimed at developing a pre-foster care exchange program that facilitates specialization-based foster care entrustment.
Currently, there is a lack of practical reports and studies in the foster care systems of Japan regarding programs that provide opportunities for interaction before placing children in foster care. As a result, supporters reply on personal experiences and knowledge, which necessitates improvement. The transition to foster care significantly impacts a child’s life and places a heavy responsibility on supporters. This study, therefore, aims to explore the positioning of a pre-foster care exchange program within the foster care system.
The study’s results presented the following key points:
1. The program’s position varies among the individuals involved.
2. This results in challenges in fostering cooperation between supporters and foster parents, thus placing an excessive psychological burden on foster parents.
3. If pre-foster care exchange are properly implemented, it will be possible to ensure the protection of children’s rights., 5, 研究ノート},
