As a result, supporters reply on personal experiences and knowledge, which necessitates improvement. The transition to foster care significantly impacts a child’s life and places a heavy responsibility on supporters. This study, therefore, aims to explore the positioning of a pre-foster care exchange program within the foster care system.\nThe study’s results presented the following key points:\n1. The program’s position varies among the individuals involved.\n2. This results in challenges in fostering cooperation between supporters and foster parents, thus placing an excessive psychological burden on foster parents.\n3.
