University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"イボキサゴは腹足綱ニシキウズガイ科に属する小型の巻き貝で日本の各地に産するが、特に千葉県では市原市以南の内房海域に多数棲息している。千葉県の加曾利貝塚から出土していることから、縄文時代より利用されていたと見られるが現在一般的な市場価値は乏しい。\nイボキサゴは干潟の喪失から絶滅したと言われていたが、木更津市の盤洲干潟の復活後に急激な繁殖が見られ千葉県の特別史跡加曾利貝塚の文化財の周知やイベント活動及び未利用資源の有効利用によるSustainable Development Goals（SDGs）を視野に入れたレシピの開発を試みた。しかし、イボキサゴの身は多量の砂粒を含んでいることからその利用には工夫が必要であることがわかった。\n今回はイベント参加時に開発したレシピとその評価及びイボキサゴの身の利用時の砂粒の除去について解剖学的に観察を行った結果、軟体部の表面すなわち外套膜の周囲などに粘液と絡んだ砂・泥の付着が目立ち消化管内の砂粒も確認できた。砂泥の付着量は個体差があり試食で時々砂の残存感が著しい個体があるという感想があったことと合致した。またイボキサゴの身（冷凍）の貝殻及び内臓部を除去した軟体部のみを可食部とした廃棄率は44％であった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_15":{"attribute_name":"表示順","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"記事種別(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"総説","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12608931","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_19":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"21876789","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_text_6":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"淑徳大学看護栄養学部"},{"subitem_text_value":"淑徳大学看護栄養学部"}]},"item_2_title_3":{"attribute_name":"論文名よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"チバケン
