| 内容記述 | 本研究では対象絵本「あさになったので まどをあけますよ」（荒井，2011）に拒否反応を示したA乳児院で養育されている幼児について，川瀬（2015）で提出された仮設に基づき心理臨床的介入と生活場面での環境療法による支援を実践する。その効果から仮説の妥当性を考察し，対象絵本を指標とした乳幼児期早期での心理臨床的介入の意義を明らかにすることを目的とする。 対象絵本への拒否反応を示した３名の入所児童に対して生育歴，行動観察，アセスメント結果から明らかになった問題点に焦点をあて，臨床心理士による心理療法と保育士による環境療法によって当該問題の軽減あるいは解消を図り，対象絵本への反応の変化の有無を確認した。その結果，３ケース共に改善が見られ対象絵本の反応を手がかりとした早期支援の有効性を明らかにすることができた。 |

| 内容記述 | The picture books of Ryoji Arai are popular in some respects. However, in the cases of his picture book, “Here, There Comes the Sun” it was found that some abused children in infant care facilities responded differently and rejected the book. It was decided to carry out psychological therapy by a psychologist and environmental therapy by a nursing teacher for three abused children who were being cared for in infant care facilities in order to improve their developmental conditions. The results showed that these interventions by 4 hypotheses （Kawase, 2015） made positive changes in their responses to the picture book and the developmental conditions. The author concluded the following from the study. It could be possible to employ the characterisitics of this picture book to differentiate between those children who are in need of psychological treatment and those who are not. |
